Takamine E132C Classical - This was first given to my wife, by her father, during her first year in College, in 1983. My wife gave it to me when I started taking guitar lessons, in 2004. It's what I use at lessons and when I practice at home. Yamaha F310 Folk - I got this through a rewards program at work, a few months before I started taking lessons. Ibanez RG370DX - This is one of my two electric guitars, and is my pride and joy. I named it Tarja, after the lead singer of my favorite Metal band, Nightwish. I bought it shortly after starting my lessons. BC Rich Acrylic Warlock - I was in my local guitar store, window shopping, when I saw this sitting on the floor. I bought it because it looked drop-dead cool, and made me think of my favorite child-hood movie, The Neverending Story. I named it Atreyu, after a character in the film. It sounds killer, too. |
